How is each programme arranged and what does it cost?
We agree the programme structure, support and pricing after your Growth Audit, based on your scores, priorities and business needs. Your audit score shows where to start and what to improve first. We explain the recommended work and how we would support you before you decide whether to go ahead. There is no need to choose a programme or commit before that conversation. If a different next step would suit your business better, we will say so.
My business cannot cope with more work. Should I still do marketing?
No, not yet. If the Growth Audit shows that 30% more sales would strain people, quality or cash, the business needs more capacity before it seeks extra demand. The Growth System starts with the flow of work, margin and cash so you can see where pressure is coming from and fix the constraint first. This avoids winning work that the business cannot deliver well or profitably. Once the operation is ready, the Audit can show whether a revenue programme makes sense.
Do you work with my team or just me?
We work with you as the owner and involve the people who need to build or use the new ways of working. Focused coaching support gives you space to make decisions, while team conversations help make responsibilities clear and processes usable. You do not need to document everything before you begin.
