How is each programme arranged and what does it cost?
We agree the programme structure, support and pricing after your Growth Audit, based on your scores, priorities and business needs. Your audit score shows where to start and what to improve first. We explain the recommended work and how we would support you before you decide whether to go ahead. There is no need to choose a programme or commit before that conversation. If a different next step would suit your business better, we will say so.
Can coaching help if my business is doing fine but I am exhausted?
Yes. The Autonomy Business System is for owners whose business is doing well but still relies too heavily on them. In week one, you use the Owner Activity Log to record where your working hours go and why you were needed. Together we move decisions and responsibility to the right people, then use the log to see what has shifted. The two week absence test checks whether the business can keep its rhythm while you are away, without relying on your phone.
Do I have to want to sell?
No. Exit readiness is useful even if you never sell because a business that can operate without its owner is less fragile and gives you more choices. We estimate value at the start and end, but the main work is about your goals, management team and how the company runs. If a sale becomes part of your plan, Hardiman Dery Ventures, our sister company, can handle the transaction.
What if I do not have a management team yet?
You can still begin. The programme looks at what the business needs from a management layer and helps plan the next two hires before the need becomes urgent. We clarify roles, authority and the weekly rhythm so that future managers know what they own. The Growth Audit helps us judge whether this is the right work now and what foundations should come first.
How do you measure that the business runs without me?
We establish a starting point with your Owner Activity Log, which records the hours you work and why you are needed. Then we track decisions moved from your desk, the management team's weekly rhythm and whether the business passes a two week absence test. We repeat the Growth Audit at the end and compare it with the baseline. The measures are agreed with you and describe progress in your business, not a guaranteed result.
